Buggy Bath Car Wash

This is the second time that I’ve been at your car wash, and it will not accept a credit or debit card. I used every card I have and it would not accept any of them… Very disappointing.

I am incredibly disappointed with the touch-free wash at this North Green River Road location. While it does slightly clean the surface, you definitely expect a spotless car for a $15 premium price. When I got home and looked closer, there were still several dirty areas that the wash completely missed. The management needs to adjust the water pressure or inspect the system because they are charging top tier prices for a subpar product. To make matters worse, the 60-second drying cycle is ineffective, leaving the car wet by the time you pull out. For the cost, the performance simply isn't there.

Went to Buggy Bath for the dog wash. It was my first time going and I found it online. I will say it was nicely clean and loved it was in its own separate building. The only downfall is that it is $10 for only 10 minutes. This would probably be ideal if you had a little dog and just doing a quick rinse, but my 75lb dog that takes 15+ minutes just to dry, it wasn’t very ideal. The water pressure was great and it wasn’t too cold or too hot. I had taken my own shampoo but they have different types available in their machine that is including in the $10 price point. They also have a grass patch with doggy bags and a trash bin right next to the dog wash which was very convenient. Overall I think this is a great place to take your dog for a wash if it’s a last minute need or you’re traveling through and just want a quick wash & rinse.

I really liked this spot. Clean, easy to use, and way better than I expected. The pressure wash hit the car strong, no weak streams, and the vacuums worked like a charm. On top of that, they had a solid music selection playing while I washed and vacuumed, which made the whole thing feel laid back instead of like a chore. I’m not from the area so this was my first time stopping in, and honestly my impression was simple…this place is NICE! Definitely one of the better car wash experiences I’ve had.

I went here for the first time on 11/20/2018 and the automatic wash pushed my side mirror in at an angle that it isn't supposed to go, and also completely removed one of my wiper blades. I contacted them over a week ago by phone and twice through Facebook, with pictures, and have not received any kind of response. If you have a nice car that you don't want beat up, don't go here. To make matters worse, my car was still dirty and soaking wet when I left.
